[Our] GTS implementation…was a huge success with PI. With the guidance and expertise from [PI] the project completed on time and within budget. PI took the time to understand the custom processes that we have in our SAP ECC system and assisted us in standardizing those processes so we limited the amount of customizations needed to implement GTS. PI will always be the company we will consult with whenever we need any changes to GTS or projects that might affect GTS.
